With the government advice now actively encouraging a return to work in the manufacturing and construction sectors, we recognise this is likely to increase demand for fastener and fixing products. To ensure that we can supply you effectively we have increased resources in both our sales offices and in the warehouse and reduced the number of staff on furlough. We will keep resource levels under constant review and bring more staff back as required.
We have increased the numbers in our sales office, we continue to minimise the risks to our staff and in line with government guidance. Consequently, the ability of our sales offices to answer telephone calls may be diminished.
